Meet the Founder

Aaron Holbrook is a builder focused on turning complexity into usable systems. By profession, he is a program manager with a foundation in accounting and formal training in project management, experienced in designing and delivering structured solutions in enterprise environments. He is also the founder of UFO Chaser™ LLC, where he applies that same discipline to developing practical tools for a changing labor market.

As the creator of the LaunchPath Careers app, Mr. Holbrook addresses a persistent gap between job seekers’ capabilities and how they are represented to employers. The platform combines guided career discovery with AI-assisted content generation to help users move from uncertainty to clear, actionable positioning. Its focus is on improving candidate discoverability and differentiation in competitive hiring environments.

As a member of Silicon Slopes Utah, a Prosci-certified change practitioner, and a certified member of the Project Management Institute® Northern Utah chapter, Mr. Holbrook’s dedication to community, and approach to technological solutions integrates established project management practices—such as PMBOK-aligned planning, cost estimation, and stakeholder coordination—with rapid product iteration informed by real user behavior. This allows him to build efficiently while maintaining structure, quality, and alignment with market needs.

In addition, he brings experience in curriculum development, training delivery, and large-scale systems implementation. He is skilled at translating complex processes into tools and experiences that are practical for end users.
